We recently needed to have our deck replaced after putting it off for too long. As many know, finding a good, reliable and affordable company can be a difficult task. After finding, looking up reviews and contacting JP Lucky through the interwebz, we were asked to submit an of our requirements, and were pleased to have a call back asking to set up a time for a view of the job and gave us an initial quote. Upon site inspection, Cassius asked what our expectations were with respect to what we wanted most. For myself, it was to make it very accessible and easy to navigate, of course nice looking and easy to look after. We were given a very reasonable written quote within 24 hours, and upon acceptance, a time for the initial tear-down was scheduled. I had been anticipating about 2-3 weeks turn-around, but the team of Cassius and Damien were there the following Monday, and even with the horrible weather, were able to construct our new, gorgeous, comfortable, and did I say gorgeous deck, in 1 week (1 day for tear-down, the horrible weather for 4 days stopped construction, but finished in 4 days the next week!) The clean-up after every day and at the end of the job was very much appreciated. They had to deal with an irritated neighbour/parking issue, but Cassius handled it with grace and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Our flat roof skylight repair was handled flawlessly. Alex was very professional, explained the entire process, and made sure everything was sealed properly. Would recommend them without hesitation for all skylight repairs.
