I started working as a day labourer when I finished school. At first, it was simply to tide me over. Soon, I realised what goes into every building you pass on the street. After a few years, I began taking on more and more responsibility. From there it was a matter of time before I branched out independently. I’ve learnt that employees respect someone who's done the hard work and got their hands dirty.

People in this line of work tend to think big, so we’ve been able to carry out renovations for whole blocks of flats. I’ve got a Level 3 Diploma in Electrotechnical Services, specialising in installations. This means I’m usually the one who’ll fit power systems, lighting, and any fire protection systems.

We moved to Newfoundland in 2021 from Ontario. We bought our home and wanted to build a garage and finish our recreation /bar area in the house. We made several calls with absolutely no positive response we had contractors say they would come meet us and never showed up. I happened to put my request on bark and Mitch Norman responded he was punctual respectful and what for the job We hired them they showed up everyday on time and always cleaned up after them selfs there was constant communication during the process. We have been very happy with their work highly recommend them and have max w some wonderful new friends All in all I give them a 10/10 review No regrets Mary McPhee

I hired Justyna and Martin to paint several rooms and a stairwell as well as several doos and trim. Justyna helped me pick out a colour for my walls that would compliment my floors and decor. I was very happy with the choice. They used a high quality primer and paint. The holes, scrapes and dents on the walls were patched up to perfection. They layered primer and two coats of paint. There are no shadows and no missed spots. They finished off caulking seams at the crown molding per my request with a smooth finish. They were accurate with the timeline of the job and left the place spotless and cleaner than before they started. I highly recommend this team. They were meticulous and fast.
