My healing journey started twenty years ago when I found myself struggling with emotioal wellness issues when my children were young. My healing journey continues today. To be in service to others, one must always be open to learning and growing oneself. So you will always find me exploring new ways to learn and grow, including recovery. I abstain from alcohol and all other mind-altering substances. I'm happy to share more information with you.
For many years I was shut down emotionally. I stayed small and rarely showed up as me; I was a chameleon that longed to be seen. Today my life is very different. I perform, teach and embrace the challenges of being alive, it's not always easy, but it is worth it.
