I have been a therapist for many years and am passionate about what I do. I feel honoured to work with my clients and believe that there needs to be a good connection between therapist and client in order for trust to be built and growth and healing to happen. I appreciate the value of my clients’ time, efforts, and money, which is why it is essential to me that my clients start to see results quickly. I am very goal oriented and encourage clients to do homework (practice strategies and skills) between sessions. I offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy and have extensive experience working with different modalities and many of areas of specialization.
