When I worked for a non-profit organization, I felt limited in how I could help people.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am only 5 years into my counselling career, so i am still very passionate about it and not suffering from a burnout. My approach is both relational and psychoanalytical.

Counselling
My main specialty is family/relationship counselling. I aim to make your life easier by helping you better navigate your relationships. I can also help you significantly reduce anxiety and/or depression associated with the relationship or early attachment trauma that is negatively impacting you. The process is relatively straightforward: together, we figure out what relational patterns and underlying feelings cause problems. Then, together we work on changing the patterns and addressing the feelings. I rely on the Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy framework, which is based on attachment theory.
