What do you love most about your job?

I love giving objective based feedback to businesses on the execution of their service and sales standards, that can shift the behaviour of their team and ultimately change the results of their business.

What inspired you to start your own business?

This business started by accident, when 2 clients asked me if I would mystery shop their business. They got great results from the work we've just grown our client base from there (and I sold my other business so this is my main focus)
