I was helping my friend plan a Barmitzvah party and it took forever for us to find cards that everyone could be happy with, thankfully we met Louise. Spending a fun day in Santa Monica led me to stumble upon Louise's entirely Mosaic house! She was outside of her house at the time and we got to talking before she mentioned her Invitation cards business and within a few minutes I was shown some of the nicest invitation cards i've ever seen. Her passion for art and creativity really show in everything she does; her cards are all personally designed and they have gorgeous. Next thing I knew, my friend and his parents had made plans with Louise to look at her invitation cards, one thing led to another and we decided to go with Louise's invitation cards. She had them ready to go in no time at all. Very professional. Louise is an incredible woman with a passion for her art (just look at her house) and I am so happy to have met her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for creative and beautiful invitation cards.

Just finished my wedding with Samira at Elegant Invitations and contrary to the previous links had nothing but a good and pleasant experience. She's been doing this for a while (all of my siblings came here for their events) and definitely knows what she's talking about. I never write reviews but without her help the process would be so much more difficult. Everything looks super high end without the big price tag that a lot of places quoted me. You can't expect to be stingy and have a good experience anywhere (as one of the reviews below me had mentioned about it not being cheap enough for him). If you want top notch invitations Samira won't disappoint.

I used them for my wedding invitations and I have to say the customer service was impeccable and the invitations were so beautiful they were breathtaking when they arrived. Â They out did themselves. Â Not only did the order completely exceed my expectations, but I was surprised at the personal attention to detail that the staff exhibited. Â They made some minor suggestions for spacing and sent all updates to me via email to see if I would approve the final proof. Â So nice and friendly and I got the invitations quickly. A step back in time. A truly wonderful establishment that has so many of your stationery needs. I was trying to locate an item from local businesses but to no avail. However, Francis-Orr had exactly what I wanted and at a very modest price for such a high-end store. I most definitely recommend Francis-Orr.

The thing I love most about my job is assisting customers with their special occasion! I have always loved stationery along with planning my wedding and special events. So putting these two things together has been one of the most rewarding jobs I have ever had!
I had purchased my wedding invitations from a lady that worked from her home and had two small children. Since then I had always kept that in the back of my mind, that is what I would want to do when I start a family. I was in the wine industry for 13 years and when I had my second child I wanted to be home to raise the children along with pursuing my dream of having my own invitation business. 22 years later I can still say, I love what I do as much as when I started Promises West!
I believe the 22 years of experience I have of doing invitations, save the dates, programs, place cards and accessories along with the passion I have to assist each customer and help them create their perfect suite is the main reason why I should be chosen.
My services can be conducted online via website, zoom, emails and phone calls but if you are in the Los Angeles area it is best to make an appointment so that you can come in and see the invitations first hand (touch and see the stationery). I then, can meet with you personally and go over all the options from paper stock, printing processes, ink and foil colors, fonts, wording and design to make it an easy and fun process!
At Promises West we go by all the CDC guidelines. Masks are required and we see customers outside weather permitting. If not, we see each other in a well ventilated room with the doors open and 6' apart.
