We opened our doors on May 1, 1998, beginning with a small inventory of tables and chairs and one delivery truck. We are happy to bring your event to life and be there on the Day of to assist and manage the logistics of your event.
Our wedding was planned for September 15, 2018 and I had less than one year to do everything. At first I thought I could do it ALL on my own... man was I wrong! As the list grew longer and longer of things to do, I knew I didn't want to have the stress or worry to be put on me or my loved ones to set up all the details the day of our wedding. I knew I needed a wedding coordinator to hold my hand along the way and help me bring my (very specific) wedding vision to life... and within budget!
I was referred to Chelsy through our florist J Flowers (they are the best too!!). I knew Chelsy was the one for us right away! We needed her for day of planning/set up/control of everything for our reception.
Her service prices were very competitive and within our price range, plus we could customize or add-on services if needed along the way. She got down to business immediately, staying in constant communication with me at all times, even months and months prior to the big day, making sure every single detail was accounted for. She actually LISTENS to what your vision is, contributing her original and creative ideas, which was much needed since I tend to over complicate things! She knows all of the best local vendors, and helped us hire our caterer, bar tenders, rentals, etc. I was so impressed at how many connections she has in the wedding industry. Oh, she also designed and mailed our invitations too!
Our reception site was a completely blank canvas that required a lot of imagination. I had a distinct vision of how I wanted everything to look and be set up, down to the bar area and table settings, welcome table, etc.
When we walked into our reception it was like a dream. It was EXACTLY how I had envisioned it the past 9 months, and more. We are still getting compliments from our guests who have repeatedly told my husband and I it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to.. I can't help but smile and thank Chelsy and her team for all of their hard work for that. She was so easy to work with, and helped me stay calm in times where I thought all this wedding wasn't going to happen before I went insane.
Chelsy kept us on schedule for all the important and sentimental events during the entire night so we didn't get too carried away! She served us our dinner and made sure we sat and actually took the time to eat something lol! Then came everything else from the first dances, speeches, bouquet and garter tosses, cake cutting... it all went on time and smoothly. I'm not kidding when I say our wedding night was perfect.
