B Wedding Invitations

I first saw B Wedding Invitations on Pinterest and loved their designs. They offer free samples and upon receiving them I immediately fell in love with many of the styles and with the overall quality. A coupon code for 25% off and free shipping was included with the samples. Then upon reading the mixed reviews on Wedding Wire and Yelp I was very hesitant, particularly about the lack of customer service, but I decided to use them and I had an excellent experience. I customized my text and enclosure cards easily on their website. Less than a day later I received an email confirmation that my design had been reviewed by a designer. Once I confirmed the design was ready to print, I received a confirmation email within a few hours and 2 days later I received an email stating my invitations were being shipped from Korea. Overall customer service was great. There was a small issue with the shipping address and they contacted me by phone promptly to ensure UPS had the correct address. They arrived 2 days later with no issues. The invitations were beautifully printed and put together. With the 25% off, free shipping, and free envelopes they were less expensive than many other vendors I looked at with better quality. The only issue, which I had read in other reviews, is that the envelopes do have a strong moth ball scent. They do have glue (which some other reviews mentioned their envelopes didn't have glue) and they have a pretty pearlescent lining. I had a wonderful experience with B Wedding Invitations. My entire transaction took place online. I was lucky enough to find exactly what I wanted (gorgeous pocket invitations with a ribbon and jewel belt) and was able to customize the design to meet my needs. The turnaround was unbelievably fast and the invitations came pre-assembled, which was a big help given the number of enclosures we had. Best of all was the price, which -- thanks in part to the discount I received when I ordered samples -- was 1/3 of the cost I was quoted by a local wedding stationery vendor. (For 250 invitations on premium paper stock with thermography and rush shipping!) I have received so many compliments on the invitations. I don't usually leave reviews (I know I should!) regardless of the service (good or bad), however B Wedding Invitations did an AMAZING job with my wedding invitations. I had such a hard time finding a company that has great quality products and convenient price . I tried everything from Wedding paper divas, Etsy, Paper presentation ( Paper Presentation was just outrageous - they gave me a $2000 quote for a similar product that I got from B wedding invitation for $500...let aside the poor customer service I experienced in the store) . When I almost gave up (even thought of doing it myself :-S) I came across B Wedding Invitations on my Facebook ...and i decided to check it out. I LOVE the website, I LOVE the fact that they let you pick 5 FREE samples and they deliver it to you super fast (Paper presentation was going to charge me $50 for 1 sample). They chat with you if you need additional info/clarifications so you don't have to wait hours or days for an email reply. They are very good with emails too, overall great and fast communication. However, I am not sure about calls , I never had to call them - got all the info I needed through emails and chat :)}. I ordered 180 invitations in total, 2 different styles one was approx $3 for 1 and the other one approx $5, 2 different languages (I have a destination wedding to the country where I was born).......delivery was on time and very fast (less than 2 weeks). I got a 35%discount (yayyy!!! :D) and LOVED the final product!!!
I will order "thank you" cards from B Wedding Invitations and I will recommend it to all my friends and family. Overall great experience.

The invitations were beautiful and since we ended up changing churches they gave us a discount in order to re-order. I only took points out because of the price it wasn't crazy expensive but still a little on the higher end for what we got I think it would be better if they gave a bigger discount when you are ordering a lot because we ordered 150 invitations but the discount was only10-15%. I ordered my invitations for my wedding coming in July. There was a hic-up at the beginning but the way their supervisor took care of it was amazing. Not only did he reassured me my invitations would be exactly as i wishe them to be but because of the delay he air-mailed them to me free of charge. I got my invitations two days after that. I could not have been happier with this vendor. Their invitations are beautiful and the customer service was top notch. They were really attentive, did great follow-up and really made sure you knew what you needed to know and got what it was you wanted. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that compared to other online invitations their prices are a bit high, but the quality it is worth the extra. And, they were still very affordable. In the grand scheme of things ( I found invites that would have cost thousands) these were cost efficient. I originally had not planned to spend much on invites as I figured everyone would just throw them away. But, once I saw their sample, I was willing to go over my set invite budget to get them. I love love B wedding invites. I received samples from many different websites and saw work of other invitation suppliers and B wedding invites gives you great quality. It is also very affordable. If you are someone like me that is extremely busy working and going to school full time and planning a wedding mostly alone, B wedding invites will save you time too. Invitations were lovely from them. The quality was premium and shipping was on time. Only thing is that they did not offer nor have any alternative options for envelopes and don't have liners for envelopes. We had to run around to find other companies that would be able to get envelopes and get it to us in a timely manner. Also, It was a challenge to find an envelope that fit our invitation due to the size and measurement then "standard envelope size" which ended up being VERY COSTLY with no alternative options because of unexpected quality of envelope that were provided by this company didn't match nor look premium with our actual invitation selection. So make sure you ask all the right questions that you may no think of before to not delay your invitations ! Be on top of it ! it will safe you time , headache and most importantly MONEY !!!! I ordered sample invites from them and when I received them I knew exactly that they were the winner. I only ordered 65 invites and response cards and all were perfect. They took a bit of time to get here but that was expected. They didn't offer any discounts for signing up to their website so I called and they offered a 10% off after I ordered. SO that was nice. My invitations are GORGEOUS! I made a few changes to our invitations, and it was so simple. It's wonderful that you have a designer review what you've done, and will make changes to make sure that the invitations are perfect. They provide you with a proof after they make corrections, and if you don't respond to the proof, they will call you to have you review and approve it. After searching everywhere and getting tons of samples for our invitations, I stumbled upon B Wedding Invitations, and the rest is history. Their work is amazing and is of excellent quality, and we continue to get compliments on our invitations. Their customer service is also phenomenal. After ordering the invitations, we realized we made an error and needed to correct it, and they were so accommodating. After two months of constantly looking on the internet for unique and elegant wedding invitation designs, I finally came across B Wedding Invitations. I love their large selections with various styles, colors, and theme designs. They have great prices, which you can also apply a 10% discount. Their customer service is great. I called them just to ask some questions and their representatives are very helpful. I absolutely love their user-friendly design application, which gives you the freedom to customize the invitations with lots of fonts to choose from. And I appreciate the service they include of having a design person who will check your work after you have submitted the customization. The invitations were packaged very well and safely, to avoid any damage during delivery. And I received the invitations very quickly, just within a week. I stumbled upon this invitation website through something i saw on Pinterest or Wedding Gawker.... i had been searching high and low for the perfect invitations that were still of good quality but not like anything i was seeing on the other sites. B Wedding invitations hit the nail on the head with my invitations as they provided gorgeous stationary with envelopes and even a discounted pricing based on a promo they had running. My invites were a beautiful die cut lace detail.... they were fabulous and a perfect "tone setter" of my wedding theme. After ordering samples from 13 different companies, we selected B Wedding Invitations and chose them among the few samples that were the quality we wanted. Personalizing our invitations with their online design tool was only a bit more time consuming that some of the other vendors' programs, but the quality of the paper, the selection of fonts, and the superior customer service made this company stand out (I had emailed them a few questions before ordering, as well as one other company we were considering, and B Wedding Invitations responded immediately). Everything shipped shortly after our order was placed. In the end, we made the right decision and are extremely pleased with the final product. B Wedding Invitations gets 5 stars from me, and it's beyond well deserved. It feels like they were only working with me and no one else with how prompt they were with everything from providing proofs, shipping the final product, and replying to my [many] e-mails. I had to make quite a few changes (entirely my fault) and they did everything possible to accommodate me. I'm also extremely impressed with the quality of the invitations/wedding stationery I received and am so excited about how great they look.

After looking through a lot of invitation websites (Michael's Invitations, Magnet Street, Wedding Paper Diva's to name a few) and numerous samples, I chose B Wedding Invitations because (1) The invitation was completely hand put together - no need to tie your own ribbon or fuss with add-ons (2) The envelop that came with this invite comes lined with a beautiful pearl white lining (3) Invitations arrived very well packed & they even included free silver stamp stickers embossed with "Invitation" to help seal your envelops


It is worth noting that not all invitations come with lined envelops. It depends on the style so its safest to order a sample and see if you like it.

Their editors did not catch my RSVP date error (there is no September 31st) and allowed it to go to print. That was the one let down hence I docked a star. Otherwise, good experience & I would recommend them. Just be careful of any mistakes cause their editors may not notice to help you change it. More...

I first found their site because of the beautiful laser cut invitations. In the end, we went with a colorful layered jeweled invitation, but the whole process was great. I contacted Customer Service several times for customization, technical, and pricing questions. They were responsive each time. They updated their site while I was in the middle of my edits. It took a few days of waiting for my saved projects to be restored, but they finally came through. I really like their online Editor. It made customizations very easy, so I could tailor it to our style. The invitations arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected! They are beautiful and great heavy paper quality. Some corners of the invites and enclosures are crushed, but I don't think that can be avoided despite the good packaging.

Not the cheapest online invite vendor, but the quality is high and still a better value than a stationery store.

The mailing envelopes are the only thing I'm not thrilled with. They are a little thin and the invitation is visible through it, so I ordered special colored inner envelopes from another site. I wish they were able to provide a greater variety of envelopes in different colors or with liners, but you can easily buy those elsewhere. More...

Very high quality invitations!! We ordered the Embossed Romantic Couture ItemNo. : BH1602 and they look great!

The best part about the invitations is how they arrived at our house. .ALREADY ASSEMBLED!!! Talk about a time saver!!! We only opened them to add a stamp to the return envelope inside, otherwise they were done!

Just as a FYI: We ordered BH1602, and with the inserts we chose (all but the menu card i think) we paid $1.12 each to send them. I think it breaks down to large envelope, over 2OZs. We used 1 66 cent wedding stamp, and 1 forever stamp. This was last week, but I know postage is going up Jan 26th 2014. More...

We ordered our invitations from them, and we were so happy with how they turned out. I had several change requests to customize and personalize the invitations exactly how I wanted them and they were very accomodating and able to do everything that I wanted. They were very responsive to all of my emails and questions, and their customer support was excellent. We just sent our invitations out and everyone has complimented them saying they are the most beautiful invitations. I highly recommend this company!
