The secret of taking great photographs is getting to know what is important to each individual. What are the defining elements of his/her/their story? After knowing what is meaningful to my clients, I like to find a place to create portraiture that is important to them! Thirdly, it is all about helping my clients to feel natural and comfortable. We love getting to know our clients! My absolute favorite part of being a portrait photographer is when people love their portfolios! We love to watch a slideshow for the first time with our clients. The best part is always watching the emotion that is evoked from the images we have created together!

We individualize EVERY portfolio. Because we integrate story and tell stories, our portraiture is always creative and customized. We say all of the time, "We don't create images for you. We create images with you!" We take great pride in getting to know our clients and producing final products that literally last forever!
We often will meet with clients remotely as a way of getting to know individuals. We travel a lot to our clients. Zoom is a great way to show slideshows that preview our portfolios. Often they turn into Zoom parties with friends and/or families. We also have online albums on our website that makes sharing images easy.
For weddings we have an informational sheet that is often updated as plans for your wedding progress. We always develop a timeline with couples the month before their wedding maximizing the time a couple spends with their guests. We also do a light study of your venue the month before your wedding. Images are posted in an online folder that makes planning the best portraiture easy to discuss with couples. We find that is important to all be on the same page before your wedding. This facilitates everything running very smoothly.
Although, things around COVID have somewhat relaxed, we will always respect the wishes of our clients and do all that we can to create an environment that respects and matches the needs of our clients.
