Chef Halihl catered for our department brunch here at Kaiser and all I can say is WOW 100/10. The food was delicious. We had bacon,eggs,chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, smothered potatoes, and special honey siracha syrup. Everything was sooo good and I can't wait to order from him again for myself. You won't be disappointed.

Cook & Run was awesome! I had no idea what to expect but the staff arrived on time, was SUPER professional and very efficient. That’s the staff and service. But the food…the food was incredible. Each appetizer was better than the previous, and we all looked forward to what was being served next. Shrimp and grits was my all time fav, chicken and waffles, but all were excellent. Each and every dish was super flavorful and tasty. I cannot wait to hire them again. Excellent from beginning to end. Kudos to that excellent team chef put together.

This is the first time I heard of Big City Chefs. Â I took a cooking class taught by Alex Tishman and was quite impressed. Â He kept the session fun, relaxed, interactive and enjoyable. Â He has a great sense of humor and is also very knowledgeable. Â He actually takes the time to explain the science of cooking when he can and encourages questions! The theme of the class was masa and the menu included shrimp and avocado enchiladas, mushroom quesadillas, and corn and crab tamales - all were deliciously fresh, light and flavorful. Â I do want to mention that I DON'T EVEN LIKE OR EAT CHEESE, but I was able to eat all three dishes. Â All the masa tortillas were made from scratch and were so fresh, rustic and yummy! Nom, nom, nom!If I ever need a personal chef in the future, I definitely know who to call.
