I worked with StudioBARON Design during the fall of 2011 on the design of a new kitchen/family room/office area. Since I'm located in Massachusetts, our work was conducted via phone, email and US mail. Linda did a great job helping me understand the renovation process -- what would have to be decided when, and how specific I needed to be with the contractor, for example. After answering the initial questionnaire about my style preferences, I sent Linda some photos of my favorite rooms. Linda immediately sent me some fabrics I loved, and we built my design scheme around them. With Linda's help, I chose surface materials (countertops, backsplash), lighting and paint colors.
Linda's taste is impeccable. Our new room is absolutely stunning, and people tell me all the time that it looks straight out of a magazine!

Having 20 plus years experience in paint color and design consultation I bring that expertise to each of my projects. I like to guide my clients through their projects by educating them about color and materials. We can then work together to achieve the best results. I offer residential color selection for interior and exterior. Helping my clients select paint and stain colors and finishes for their exterior surfaces. For interiors I help select colors and finishes for walls, trim, cabinetry and furniture. I can also help select wallpaper as well. I offer commercial color selection interiors and exteriors that include: schools, offices, building exteriors, apartment and condominium complexes and more. I have an expertise in paint products as well and specify color as well as the proper paint finishes and products for each surface. I can supply large format color chips and graphic renderings for your project if needed. The color selection process:
Meeting with customer through Zoom, Skype or phone call and email to get a scope of the project and understanding of the budget.
Work from photos or video of your home to select colors and paint finishes for each interior room or exterior surface.
I create three individual palettes with up to four colors each for the exterior and a palette for each interior room including walls, trim, ceiling and cabinetry. Turn around time is 2-3 days.
Order and have shipped large format color chips to your home of each color in the palette/palettes.
Make any color adjustments needed after the review of your initial palette/palettes.
Supply a PDF of the color specification chart that outlines color placement, finishes and products for use on your project.
Support by email, text, phone or video through the entire selection, sampling and painting process. A file of your colors will be stored by me for future reference.
