My wife and I currently have two dogs that were fully trained at The Doghouse and two that have been through brief sessions there. They are the most well behaved dogs I have ever had, and I've had a mess of dogs. I've always had reservations and heard horror stories about having someone train my dogs and now realize just how wrong I was. This is so not the case here. The Doghouse staff is very professional and has many accomplishments to be proud of. They treat your dog like family and you with respect. Four years ago, I drove two hours to drop of my crazy six month old German Shepherd pup for a two week training session. Two weeks later I picked up a very well behaved young dog with solid commands and an awesome temperament. Our Golden retriever went though the same training program as well, with the same results. I knew they were very well taken care of by how happy they appeared in the videos I was sent showing their progress. (That and the fact they weren't sure if they wanted to leave) Our rescue (German Shepherd) had some fear/aggression issues which were easily corrected by Carrie working with us for a couple hours, showing me the proper way to go about socializing a dog in her condition. I have and will recommend Carrie and her staff to anyone, for pretty much any type of training imaginable.

FIRST go to FB and look for SIT Happens Dig Training . Sometimes the simplest questions can be answered through a message. Look for sugar the white dog! No need to spend lots of $$$. There are many choices out there for dog training, and It can difficult to decide how to proceed. I offer in-home private training sessions where I teach you and your dog to communicate and respond immediately to commands. Once a session is completed you will know how to be the trainer! Training is done with positive reinforcement technique and is guaranteed. I usually cover in one session everything you will need to direct your pup. Afterwards phone call follow up is always at no charge. Follow up sessions are highly discounted from the original fee! Either way, you don't need to spend a lot of money to achieve your goals! Girlfriend who is a dog trainer scolded me when I got my puppy and asked me if I was going to train this one LOL. She showed me a few techniques and I couldn’t believe the progress my little dog had. I decided I wanted to be a dog trainer and went to school when I moved to Florida to study training, canine ethology.
Because I am honest. I stay dedicated to my clients long after the trainings. I’m always there to help regardless of the situation. And if I can’t help I always try to find someone who can.
I’m working towards that end, however I do find that the one on one event is much nicer. My clients and the dogs and I get to connect on a more personal level.
All items that I carry with me has been wiped down and sanitized, even though we cannot use masks during a training I keep a social distance of at least 6 feet while doing the training. Proper sanitization is done after trainings as well
