Rochelle is great. I feel like she gets me although I haven't worked with her much. I look forward to the good things that can come. She's very personable and professional.

I would love to add more stars to like. This agency is everything you are looking for. The clinicians are providing excellent care and are present in the Community to truly help clients coming through their doors. The administrative team is on point and willing to open new programs to meet the needs of the children, teens, adults and geriatric population in the Valley. They also work well with different entities in Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City to link their patients and provide more care with great partners. In regards to the geriatric population, they also provide therapy at home; it can be private homes or Assisted Livings/Memory Care unit/Care homes and others. They work with psychiatrists in town and communicate well with them in order to eliminate any duplication of services and have the best treatment possible for their patients. Again, I recommend on a daily basis this agency for the care, the compassion and the passion they provide for their clients. 10 stars out of 5!

Isaac Bardos was referred to me by a colleague who is in the same line of work as me. I admired her ability to manage her time well; be focused; be so well organized and have an overall healthy work life balance. In October of 2017 I dared to ask her how she managed to be so organized and together. Her immediate response was - I saw a life coach who helped me get it together. I pondered on this for a while but soon forgot about our conversation as I continued to fumble in the dark just barely meeting deadlines that mattered and then excusing my way through others. When my world was tumbling for the I don’t know how manieth time as 2017 drew to a close I asked my colleague for her life coach’s details realizing that I could no longer reach my potential without help. By the time my friend had written back I had solicited the services of another life coach who could see me immediately...Unfortunately this coach was not a fit for my needs. I share the latter to illustrate that I believe I was destined to have Issac Bardos as my life coach. I wrote to Isaac late in January 2018 and by first week in February I had my initial consultation. Oh wow! I came out of that session knowing I had what I so badly needed in Isaac Bardos. When I met Isaac I was dropping the ball at work often. I was always scrambling to deadlines; always putting off the important and urgent items on my work to do list.I just didn’t do many things. I procrastinated a lot - would just bury my head in the sand. I was not taking lunch breaks regularly. I was often late for meetings,the bus etc etc Anxiety and stress were becoming more and more a part of who I was... And just 7 sessions later I am feeling brand new in my mind now that I have an understanding of the fact that time is scared and I am important and the latter and former both need to be respected. Issac helped me identify the core lies I was believing and is helping me change my mindset and break habits that have incapacitated me over the years. I know now what is mine to control and that how I do anything is how I do everything. WOW! I am now accountable to myself and everyone I work with on anything and I think that is the key thing I have learnt - I am now so aware of my time and how I spend it. Isaac is such a professional coach and has compassion truly believing in my value and is very firm - challenging me during every session and he tells me like it is.
