Absolutely gorgeous and delicious- we thought we might get to take some home but it was so good it was completely demolished (and complimented!) by our guests on the day! We had a five tier cake for our wedding with five different flavours. Hats off to Ellie who (I’ve no idea how) kept the cake upright throughout what had to be one of the hottest days of the year.
The cake went down so well I found guests wandering the tables looking for flavours they hadn’t tried yet.
I had the lemon and blueberry which was so delicious and moist. Well, I had three bites before someone mineswept it from under my nose!!
Still amazed we ate the lot! There was so much of it. But that’s just testament to how ruddy delicious it was!!
