Cloud 9 Brighton produced the most marvellous 3 tier cake for our wedding. So fruity and delicious, and 100% vegan which meant that everyone who attended got a healthy portion of cake to consume. Hannah who did our cake tasting session had a real passion for customer service and perfection. Constant dialogue which was helpful to ensure we were absolutely happy with the end product. We found this place on a day trip to Brighton and decided to give them a try.The exterior is clean and colourful and we were welcomed on entry by friendly and enthusiastic staff. The cakes look wonder full and I am sure that they are very tasty, but as it was a warm day, we wanted the iced cream, and they have a good selection. Cloud 9 recently made my daughters 18th birthday cake, long story but I needed glamorous eyes decorated on top and they did such a fab job! The cake was beyond delicious. We had a birthday cake made by Cloud 9 at the weekend, the service was friendly and exemplary from booking to collection and they delivered 100% on what I ordered (a Fox cake with rainbow layers). My husband and I ordered a cake for our wedding day back in June. We ordered it a good few months before the day. Amazing service. Looked at all the different options , ect. Left it all to Cloud 9 to do, fab price for the size of it and only paid an extra £10 for the delivery of the cake to our venue.
