I took Gemma up on the 3 sessions for £15 offer and found it very useful - I am sure that you wouldn’t regret training with Gemma at all!

Gemma is BRILLIANT! I hadn't done any exercise since the birth of my first child-at least 7 years ago, so I knew it would take a while to get my fitness back. ..! I started my sessions with Gemma in January and I can honestly say I love them! I never thought I'd say that about exercise!! She changes the routines each week so I don't get bored and I've just run my first 5k in 8 years. Would thoroughly recommend Village Training! Xx More...

Have been working with Gemma since October to help me lose my baby weight, tone my stomach and improve my general well being. PT sessions have been lots of fun and a real giggle. Gemma has provided fab workouts that use cardio and weights and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I feel so much healthier and fitter plus have slimmed down which has given me back my body confidence. It's nice to be doing something for me! Would definitely recommend! More...

Running local, convenient sessions in the village has meant that I now exercise regularly and am feeling so much better for it and I am actually seeing results. Gemma helps me fit my personal training sessions in my own home around the chaos of my 3 year old daughter and 5 month old puppy which I never thought could be done!! Since having my second baby, I really wanted to start running again. I thought it would be fairly easy as I have always loved running and have always been active. Without really thinking I was any different, I went for a run and soon realised how weak my pelvic floor was.
Gemma was amazing and started me off very slowly to strengthen my pelvic floor and core. Every session was different and the 45mins really flew by. After 6 weeks I am much stronger and so is my pelvic floor. I have been on a run, done some HIIT classes and it feels great. She really knows what she is doing and has great advice for new Mums looking to get fit again. She has also introduced me to kettlebells which I love!
