I hate giving bad reviews but I can only be honest. Initial contact was fast and efficient, then it went badly wrong. Having recieved no contact as expected I rang the office and was told Daniel was ill at home and they would contact him. A follow up call later when I'd again heard nothing just said that he'd been left a message. The next day, still having heard nothing I called the office and left an answer machine message on 2 occasions, an hour apart. I also sent emails, which were delivered, asking for an update. Again I got no response whatsoever. I had no option but to appoint another company who acted swiftly to resolve the matter the same day. I understand that illness happens but for numerous requests to be updated on a matter that was so important to me to be ignored completely is simply unacceptable and unprofessional. More...

What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is that it is so rewarding with no 2 days ever being the same. When a client rings with an issue and we are able to provide a solution that not just exceeds the clients expectation but puts a sense of peace in their mind - it truly makes my day.
I'm naturally a people person, so I enjoy meeting all my clients both existing and new - there doesn't necessarily need to be an issue to qualify meeting, sometimes they ring to talk about their business in general terms (expansion, new services etc) and sometimes its a chat about the football or the ‘Great British Bake Off’ or anything in-between!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've had the opportunity to work for some great businesses, but I felt that the success of those businesses meant that good old fashioned Customer Service was sacrificed - I believe that every client and potential client is different and is individual and deserves to be treated as such. I'm perhaps a tad old fashioned myself, but I believe my clients come to me, and stay with me not just because they receive great legal advice but because they also receive great service. Which has been the driver for referrals from existing clients. So ultimately, the inspiration for starting my own business is based on this belief; Great service should come as standard, not as a premium.
