AJJ of Manhattan is first rate all the way. World class jiu jitsu from world class instructors. Unlike other martial arts schools which focus on the latest fads like MMA and BJJ, this is a traditional, old-school place which focuses on realistic, practical self defense, in a serious but friendly manner.
