Natalie always responds to our queries extremely promptly and is always willing to try and help. Even when our query needs to be dealt with by another department she will always liaise with us directly until it is sorted and maintains professionalism throughout. I've been with Romans in Staines a number of years and have sold a number of properties with them as well many years with them letting properties. I don't normally bother with reviews but I am so impressed with the Staines team that it would be wrong not to commend them for their professionalism, reliability and personal attention. I particularly want to recommend Amar in Sales and Akash in Lettings both always go beyond what is expected of them. Ryan manages the team and overseas the branch to ensure that everything runs as if it's his personal business and not part of a chain. The team take their jobs personally and make the time to build and maintain relationships. Not many businesses do this well in an automotive-digital age. It's both reassuring and refreshing. More...

Having had little success with another local estate I came to Romans at Staines, a completely different story. With the professional photos taken to showcase my home and the diligence shown in actively searching for buyers that within two weeks I received two acceptable offers. All phone calls, emails have been very promptly dealt with. I have never received such exceptional customer service ( from all the staff) but there is one absolute star - Ryan. Huge thanks & kudos!.. we went with Romans after struggling to sell our house with 2 other estate agents over six months and were about to lose out on buying our dream home. Chris came around and explained how their bigger branch network meant access to more buyers to view our house.
We dealt with Ammar who arranged 6 viewings on our house before we even launched with Romans - that ended up in an offer we were extremely happy to accept , all in two weeks!!

Ammar and the whole team at Romans are incredible, throughout the whole process they were friendly, honest and just easy to deal with. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough and when we move again they'll definitely be getting our business again. We got into a bit of a bind with an online estate agent that will remain nameless and Romans came to our rescue, selling our home in 5 days flat (we'd been on the market 7 weeks at this point!) for more money than we'd been offered before. THE WORST ESTATE AGENTS i have ever used. I cannot stress enough how terrible the service we have received from Romans Staines has been. There is no communication, complete lack of care, extortionate fees and a general do not care attitude.
