What do you love most about your job?
We love helping companies cut through all the jargon and mystique of digital marketing with clear strategies and a personal consultative service that focuses on achieving and exceeding the client goals and objectives. There is nothing better than analysing the results and seeing huge improvements in clicks, sales, app downloads and conversions. Providing reports to clients having exceeded their expectations is an absolute joy!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working within the constraints of someone else's business can be tricky if you see areas that can be vastly improved. There is often a culture of within agencies to get as many clients as possible, provide the bare minimum of service and hope to retain them for as long as possible. Clients are won by directors and passed to juniors to manage. I wanted to change this and every client is important to my business. We have local, regional, national and international clients and every client gets the care and attention that is promised from the outset. We have clients that we have retained for over 15 years because of this focus and attention.

We take the time at the start to discover what clients want to achieve. We don't have a one-size-fits-all approach so we need to find out what are the aims and objectives and then we work hard to build and implement strategies that will deliver the results. Are services are generally provided online in terms of services provided. Plus now with Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams video meetings are simple to manage and we are happy to work in this way. We are also more than happy to meet face-to-face.
