Today I had a visit from Ryan with a view to quote for replacement soffits and gutters etc…. After inspection he advised that they did not need replacing but some general maintenance would be sufficient. How refreshing to deal with such a professional and honest company. This was the third appointment I had booked to get quotes for the work. The other two companies had advised I had asbestos and everything needed replacing at a cost of several thousand pounds. When I advised Ryan the age of the extension of the property he immediately picked up that the soffits could not be asbestos as it had been banned by then. Reviews are not just important feedback to a company but to all those prospective customers who are pondering through the maize of providers of window installation. Well look no further. My initial discussion with their salesman in pricing the deal was far from traumatic and I felt my quote was fair and reasonable for the 9 window replacements I had in mind. The surveyor was efficient and explained any questions I had with ease and satisfaction. A gift of time led to fitting much earlier than I expected and thus the job began. Dave was the fitter . Clearly an expert in his field who explained throughout his daily plan, was extremely conscious in keeping mess to a minimum, and regularly checked that we were happy with progress. In particular we noted how he cleared up meticulously between each stage of the job. Some of the windows posed particular challenges all of which did not phase Dave at all. It was a pleasure to have him as our fitter. We are very happy with how the windows and french doors look and I believe we will have no regrets in having dealt with this company throughout.
