What do you love most about your job?
I love teaching. I get personal satisfaction from being part of the development of all my students. It is great to see students achieving their goals
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was made redundant from my day job a few years ago. I was already teaching Muay Thai as a hobby, but decided to buy the gym with my redundancy pay and move to Muay Thai teaching full time. We have had a hard time during covid, but we have a large number of loyal students who have helped us through it.
Why should our clients choose you?
We put our students first in everything we do.
There is no pressure to do anything you don’t want to do (except press-ups, burpees etc!!)
We can tailor your training to your needs to help ensure you meet your goals
We also run classes, so you can further develop, for much lower cost should you wish

The gym is a ‘CovidSafe’ gym
All instructors are ‘CovidSafe’ qualified
We have installed a ‘state of the art’ air purification system
All windows have been replaced with opening windows to improve air flow

We run a very friendly gym. Everyone helps everyone.
Private Lessons / Personal Training
I offer Personal Training 1-2-1, or Private Lessons for small groups, families, sports teams etc
During these lessons we would have private use of the gym
Lessons include: warm up & stretching, toning and core strength, use of Muay Thai techniques, self defence and much more.
Possibly the best full body work out you can get!
Yoga
We run yoga classes on a Thursday evening
Fitness, Strength & Conditioning
Core strength is a big part of Muay Thai and is worked on in all Classes. Fitness will improve with exposure to the sport. The fitter you get, the more you can do, so you get even fitter…..then you can do even more! And so on…..
Self Defence
Self defence training is also delivered in private lessons and classes. Students in private sessions are welcome to request more self defence if they wish
Muay Boran
As well as Muay Thai, Muay Boran techniques are also taught. Our instructors are qualified in Muay Boran as well as Muay Thai
