Amber is an amazing trainer I highly recommend her. her training sessions are tailored to my ability and needs. I loved that we had a consultation before she started to train me to make sure she can help me with my goals and making sure that she is the coach Im looking for. I was really apprehensive about starting a nutrition plan as I always felt that life is too short and I should be able to eat and drink what I want. But Amber made me see that you don't have to stop eating the things you love, and now I will never go back to my old eating habits! Not only have I got so much energy from just eating better, I've lost 8lb's in 4 weeks without even trying. I can not recommend Happy Fit enough thank you Amber More...

Amber helped me in the lead up to my wedding for weight loss and toning. In a few short weeks Amber helped me really improve my form and posture which was exactly what I needed. Amber isn’t a ‘drop and give me 50 press ups’ kind of PT, she works with your ability to keep your confidence up whilst building on what you can do. I cannot recommend her highly enough if you are looking for a friendly PT who will make you work hard but also help keep you healthy all round. More...

Amber coached me for three months to help me get back some flexibility and fitness after a long time in a sedentary job. Not only did she get my mind set back into regular exercise she also helped me with understanding the importance of a healthy diet at the same time and how they go hand in hand. Although I am still in a sedentary role I can now work my exercise and diet around my working day and was all done at a pace I was happy with. Happy fit will work with you at a pace that suits you but not too little that your not pushing yourself . Also for times I could not make the sessions , Amber tailored a routine to work through in my home which I found really helpful . If you find gyms or exercise boring and difficult to stick to I would recommend happy Fit . It’s a more personal approach and very enjoyable. More...

Amber coached me when I needed to lose some weight. Amber totally changed my outlook on food and healthy eating and helped me lose almost 3 stone (so far) as well as increasing my general fitness.
