I only started kickboxing back in the spring. It has increased my confidence and helped my fitness levels but that's all down to the patience and skill of Mark Nevola who pushes us each week to the limit. Caroline and Mark have worked tirelessly to make FMMAA a warm, friendly and fantastic environment to learn karate. My eldest two kids joined around when the club first started, and have enjoyed it so much. Since then, my wife, then my youngest, and finally myself all joined too, so now it's a wonderful family activity each week as we all learn, compete and grade together! And it feels like we're part of a much bigger family as everyone at the club is so nice, encouraging and respectful.
