We had Gareth and his son round to sort a severe damp problem. FBS established the issues and carried out the replacement of a window which had been very poorly fitted some years ago (by a different company) and also carried a lot of repointing. Great team, really down to earth and easy to deal with. We had some unforseen issues during the building work and Gareth and his team informed us of all options, made a recommendation based on what we wanted as an outcome and did a high quality job.
They managed their sub contractors well and in person and ensured we had a great experience throughout.
We had some separate issues with our plumbing and Gareth recommended a plumber and arranged all the work for us. The plumber was fantastic and spoke highly of the Fenlon team too.
I would highly recommend Fenlon Building Services based on our experience with them.
