The pregnancy yoga course was perfect for developing both physical and mental strength and helped with the birth of my daughter, which I found to be a very positive experience.

In all honestly, I initially started yoga to lose weight and improve my fitness. Little did I know that it would actually change my entire perspective on life.

I have battled with depression and anxiety for many years and since starting yoga in January, I have felt stronger physically, emotionally and mentally than I ever have in my life.

Through yoga, Lucy has taught me a new way of thinking and has given me ways to manage my emotions in a far deeper and more sustainable way than any medication or counselling ever has.

I have spent so much of my life trying to build a tool box to help me overcome the issues of life; through Lucy, I now have that toolbox. I now have strategies to help manage those anxieties and stresses that I often found too difficult to manage on my own.

I cannot thank Lucy enough for her patience and encouragement. She has taught me to believe in myself and for the first time in my life I can honestly say that I leave every session feeling proud of everything I have achieved and everything I will achieve.

I will always carry anxiety and I will always be an emotional person, but I will never let either cripple me again because I have the guidance of yoga with me.
