if you want to have a healther future get to the gym because look around you at the people who look 20 years older than what they realy are theres millions . look at the out of shape male and females out there ..1 you mentaly good for your brain .2 great for your figure.3.good for your confidence .4 good for your health .and a great place to meat other like minded people who end up being friends with you .so its a good place to socialise .so start now or you will look back and regret it for the rest of your life .theres millions out there that will testify to this now .whos life is going down hill because they feel they cant be botherd doing much because there not got the energy ...6 months can change your life for ever ..remember a healthy body is a healthy mind More...

It's a real gym for real people! Besides being very clean and friendly, it can be as personal as you would like it to be. You can meet people of all ages and abilities, it is never intimidating but always a very motivating experience . I have tried pretty much every gym in Herefordshire and also in Birmingham, this one just has the X Factor! And no, we are not singing there ..Not yet anyway:-) More...

So, I’ve been a member of Elite for 6 months now, I’ve been training for 2yrs, but the progress I’ve made in the last 6 months has been the best, a very friendly place from all staff members through to gym members, everybody is so helpful, on top of all that you have Hunter G’s for a post workout meal or shake as well as a coffee and a relaxing area to drink it in the reception, plus you have a hairdressers, masseuse and beauty salon all under one roof, you couldn’t ask for anymore, but Lindsay being Lindsay he is continually improving and updating all the time for the benefit of the members. I cannot recommend this place enough, I look forward to many many years training here More...
