HR Support - Retained service
Our services are delivered at a personal level where you will have unlimited
access to your own HR consultant who will in effect become your HR department. This means
that you will have your own HR Consultant assigned to the organisation which will be a
fixed point of contact. We do not use call centres and any templates that are created are bespoke for
you and your organization.
You can also chose to have onsite support at a frequency that meets your needs and you will also have the choice
of seniority and experience of consultant depending on the nature of work that you require.
We engage with clients either on a rolling monthly or fixed 12 monthly agreement and do not insist on long tie in periods such as three or five years. This in our opinion ensures that our delivery needs to exceed your service expectations which is exactly what
we aim to do.
A fixed monthly fee covers all aspects of HR support and also provides
Insurance cover against tribunal action and costs which enables you to have exact figures for your
budgets.
