How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Consultative approach and teamwork! Every member is a motivator and we work together to improve our skills and achieve our goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you. Seriously - better to have realistic goals than dreams. Dreams are too vague and changeable!
What do you love most about your job?
The self improvement part is nice, but to see others benefit from the classes and start to walk tall and hold themselves more confidently is the max.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The people that come to the class. They inspire me to do all sorts of things. I'm proud of every one of them.
