Callie is the most motivating and inspirational personal trainer I have met. She was enthusiatic... (even when i was very much not) She knew how to get the best out of me with a smile on her face and lots of laughs. Thank you Callie.

Dear Callie, I have had the pleasure of meeting Callie in Queenstown! Callie is one of the best personal fitness trainers I have worked with. Callie is great with working with different fitness levels and different age groups. When I first had my first gym session with Callie she went through All the weights and core excersizes and she gave demos so I would do them right and get the best out of my workout. When I booked with Callie to go through my food diary she told me what foods I should be eating more of and less off. She also told me all the categories of food etc protein,calcium and much more! It gives me deep pride to write this review for Callie! Awesome job Callie and can't wait to see where this takes you, all the best for 2016! xx More...

Callie is a professional and caring trainer who helped me out in Queenstown to achieve my goals. She is the most approachable and wonderful girl with so much health and fitness knowledge. She really knows what she's talking about and is genuinely pleased to take the time to know you and help you to her best ability. I would recommend Callie to anyone who needed health/ fitness advice! I had the great fortune in meeting Callie Johnston at a business meeting recently. I was obviously in the mood to make some changes to my fitness level and asked if I could have a fitness assessment. Callie was willing to come to my address and work within the space I have. She is very methodical and works through all the aspects of the body to find out where the areas that need work are. We have had 3 sessions so far in the last 3 weeks and I can already see a difference in both my strength and endurance. And also my determination to do something. Two days after each session I have been able to tell which muscles have been worked hard. The sessions are full of giggles and although she is very methodical, she is also very good at breaking things up so attention is kept high. I have been recommending her to my own clients and if you want to get fit and find out what your body can do and stop being a couch potato, then book a personal slot with her today.
