What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have trained many people safely using social distancing measures, hand sanitisers sanitation for equipment and face masks. Since the beginning of the pandemic not one of my clients has caught Covid or been exposed through our sessions.
Personal Training/ online coaching
I offer a wide range of personal training activities such as, boxing/kickboxing coaching, HIIT training, muscle building, weight loss, firming and toning, fitness building, online coaching, nutritional guidance and meal plans and training programmes. I have a wide variety of amazing clients that have all got amazing feedback to say about the progress they have made and the results. One to One PT
One to One Personal Training is energy driven and is great for interacting with a professional to learn and be guided along the way into health and fitness. Learning new skills like boxing and kickboxing, correct forms in exercise to get the best results and getting a kick ass workout for the day! Best way to train with a PT is direct and in person and can not be beaten. Let’s get results!
Online Training
Online Coaching is fun and motivating, a lot of the time it’s so tough to get up and decide to be active. Online Training has a professional booked in with you to guide you into a workout routine and to motivate you to start and finish your workout for the day. It’s a very powerful way to keep motivated and to keep fit and can be extremely fun and rewarding! Let’s get fit through zoom!
