Ty Paul Personal Training Brighton and Hove. I am a highly qualified personal trainer based in Hove. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I have also been the manager and personal trainer of a local gym for over 13 years, trained premier league Brighton & Hove Albion football players, worked on the local radio station Heart FM as their breakfast trainer and am also Co-Founder of "Young At Heart" who have recently affiliated with Age Uk.

I’ve lost over 15kg, changed body shape dramatically but most importantly gained so much more confidence in myself. He’s really approachable, making sessions “enjoyable” but hard, motivates not only during sessions but throughout the rest of the week as well and I would be remiss if I did not mention the value for money his rates offer.Ty is able to offer advice not only on particular exercises and regimes but also on dietary concerns to help achieve those goals you want to hit.Overall I couldn’t recommend a personal trainer more, especially if you’re somebody like me, who needed help making significant lifestyle changes but didn’t have the willpower to do it yourself.
