I’ve been training with Rosemary since April 2018 (initially to help with weight loss for my wedding in December 2018) and have continued my sessions with her as I’ve been enjoying them so much! From our initial consultation, I liked Rosemary immediately. We had a very thorough chat about past exercise programs, injuries and problem areas, lifestyle and nutrition. She then drew up an achievable program which included a wide range of different exercises and enjoyable activities. I loved the boxing ! As well as delivering a hugely enjoyable hour each week, Rosemary spent extra time researching for my particular needs and reported back, sending emails of particular exercises so that I didn't forget anything. Although I have always maintained a fairly healthy lifestyle I have noticed as I have got older I have lost some of my strength and flexibility and although I do a fair amount of walking with my dog I needed guidance and encouragement to exercise. I started working with Rosemary as my PT in July, she instinctively knew what I needed and worked out a personalised programme with me, she makes it enjoyable, also varies it from week to week and gives me homework. As a teenager in secondary school, I never performed well in athletics. Therefore, running never had much appeal to me. However, as the result of a new year resolution, I decided to give it a go and received extremely helpful advice from Rosemary. Thanks to her, I learnt how to motivate myself as well as avoid potential injuries by perfecting the proper technique and necessary stretches.
