my daughter Poppy (4yo) has been going to the mini ninjas classes since the start of September and she just loves it, the patience that Jamie has with the younger children is amazing and the flexibility of the classes threw the week are just perfect for our busy schedule. my daughter zoe started training with robsons family karate end of 2018 in kilkeel loves both the thursday class and the saturday morning class has now progressed to orange belt , zoe has gained so much more from jamies karate , she has more confidence and wants to train and learn at home , she just did a bo staff class in Newcastle and cant wait for another one . I started his kickboxing class in May , iv always wanted to do this and at 46 iv started and loving it , my son started last month and hes enjoying so much wants to go on a do competitions in it , Jamie is a great instructor and friend to all .. Everything. Jamie is an excellent teacher who puts all students at ease from the most timid to the over active like my Son. He teaches in a way that is fun and yet still keeps control of all the types of children and their specific needs. I sent my son to Robsons Family Karate initially for exercise but he has got so much more from it in the 5 years he's been attending.
Mr Robson is a first class teacher and my son has alway raved about how fun his classes are, even though discipline is a major factor in this sport.
Mr Robson's passion for this martial art is evident in absolutely everything he does. I have always found him so approachable if i have had any issues, like sometimes my child's confidence was low about a grading or we have had family commitments and couldn't make some classes or gradings. He has always been 100% positive in response.
My son's confidence has most definitely grown with the praise and encouragement he has received over the years.
Mr Robson's students mean the world to him and as parents that makes us very happy.
