Always been daunted by the thought of having a personal trainer but training with Sara is a dream. I had my first session today and she made it fun whilst pushing me past my comfort zone. Feel amazing afterwards both physically and mentally - any stress/anxiety seems to disappear after training with Sara. I have just finished my third session with Sara. Middle aged, over weight and unfit I have always been very self conscious going to the gym. Sara's private studio and personal approach has been a revelation to me. Exercises are tailored to my needs and ability, and Sara encourages me all the way. Sara is a great PT! She has transformed my approach to health and fitness over a period of 6 months and has helped me to the realise the importance of wellbeing and daily movement alongside my fitness goals. I train with Sara regularly, at least once a week, and she is able to provide me with exercise, nutrition and wellbeing advice outside of my sessions. Middle-aged, unfit and overweight I hated going to the gym, thinking that I was being judged for only lifting small weights and not having the stamina to spend an hour there.
