Paul just wanted to say I’ve been coming for 3 weeks now and I think you are awesome. You are such a fantastic personal trainer and human and know how to get the best out of everyone you work with! Coming from someone who was quite unmotivated and negative about exercise, you have transformed my perception of fitness and health with your time and knowledge and experience. Professional, uplifting, engaging and must do environment. Trevor doesn't give me any chance to quit to lazyness. Paul with his circuits pushes me off my confort zone. The group is very friendly and supportive...a real team. I'm enjoying a lot More...

If I may digress a moment, the Channel 4 TV programme 'Sas: Who Dares Wins' lists the following physical test as the entrance criteria: "Press ups – a minimum of 44 in 2 minutes. Sits up – a minimum of 50 in 2 minutes. Static lift onto a platform 1.45m high. This is a progressive test starting with a weight of 15kg, then working through 20, 25, 30 and 35kg. Jerry test can – carry two 20kg weights over a distance of 120m in two minutes. A 1.5 mile run in 9 minutes 30 seconds." If you want to choose a gym, Brighton Bootcamp is definitely the one to join! If you want to achieve results, which include feeling fitter, stronger and weight/fat loss, it's the place to come too without a shadow of doubt! I've been coming for nearly 3 years now and can't thank this gym enough for my results, drive, enthusiasm and my love for fitness. The driving power and motivation behind all the classes is literally 'First Class' and can't thank the Owner and Personal Trainer - Paul enough, along with the assistance of Personal Trainer - Trevor. They are always on hand for answers, advice and help anytime..........along with a bit of banter! What also makes this a brilliant gym are the people that attend this gym.........The clients (us!) everyone is so friendly and chatty and we are always encouraging each other, it's a real Bootcamp Community spirit which is unique and an amazing quality! I can't recommend this gym enough, so definitely don't just sit around thinking about it, put that thought into action and make that move and join and maybe see you in one of the future classes! � More...

I can't tell you just how big an impact Metabolic solution has made on my life. I joined in Dec 2014 but didn't really commit to the workout regime until Jan 15 Iv spent 10 months working with Paul and Trevor, and they have done something for me that no "gym" could have done, which is to fundamentally change my mindset about health and wellbeing. The short high intensity workouts keep me in a better mood day to day than I ever have been and I have slept like a baby (something which I struggle to do probably like most people as I generally feel very stressed with an intense working life) I have lost over 2 stone (probably even more in body fat considering the muscle I've managed to put on) in a 10 month period. I am waiting for the full 1 year before I post my full testimonial and I think you will be surprised with the results. Don't fool yourself, it takes effort, perseverance and commitment (words which Paul drums into you) with a better diet than you're used to, but eating better foods and following the dietary guidance I haven't felt like I've starved myself at all in the last 10 months (if anything my stomach has felt fuller) and even have occasional cheat days on weekends. I'm sure you have read many reviews of this kind, but appreciate that I was the person reading these reviews and I was in your position (relatively static) less than a year ago. Well I've just been to my first bootcamp of the year here in Oz, and the fourth company I have tried and I've gotta say they're not a patch on you guys. Too much resting, not enough intensity, no encouragement, no comments on techniques. I really miss your classes, the camaraderie the fun and the genuine desire of everyone, staff and customers to get fitter, stronger,faster and healthier. Having said all that, I'm sitting here in my car watching dolphins in the river. You don't fancy opening a branch here do you? More...

I've never given a review before but this place is special... 18 months ago if you had looked up the definition of a couch potato it would have been my picture looking back at you. Workout phobic, that was me. I did the trial at Metabolic Solution and frankly, I was hooked! These guys really know their stuff and have helped me to achieve personal goals that a traditional gym never could. Paul and Rick are truly inspiring and push you to be the best you can be, especially those times you think you're done and can't give anymore! So if you are reading this, give them a try as this place, the trainers and fellow metaholics far exceed the 5 stars I am limited to give. More...

Friends have asked me why don't I use a gym nearer to home/work as the journey to Metabolic Solution involves quite a long bus ride. I have used a few Brighton Gyms over the years and none of them even comes close to this one. Great work out, lovely dedicated people! More...

I have been in and out of gyms for most of my adult life. Not sticking to any of them and waiting for my next diet/fitness regime to start. ..Then I joined Metabolic/Brighton Boot camp in October 2012. I can honestly say it has changed my life. Not only am i leaner and fitter but my love for life and exercise has come back. Metabolic Solution works for me as I have my sessions in the morning before work, 3x a week (sometimes I stretch to 4!) But every session is different. You should expect to work your butt off at every session and the days you feel you can't give that 100% - Rick and Paul are there to make sure you reach your goals.Does it get easier? - No & I wouldn't want it too...Because every week I am pushing myself more and increasing my work rate. Can you achieve your goals with Metabolic? - YES 100% My whole life has changed and it is down to a number of factors...Rick, every week he encourages me to strive for better and push myself. Paul, not only does he teach me the best technique but he pushes me at every level to make a better me. My fellow Boot campers, working together as a team to all push each other.
