Seeing my clients take ownership of the resources and techniques they are learning. The whole point of my therapies is to empower clients to safely fly on their own, knowing I'm still there for them if they ever need me.
I was motivated by experiencing life altering personal benefits while undergoing these therapies for my severe early life traumas. Now I get to be a profoundly safe place for my own clients. Acting as their coachand safety net, allowing them to reprocess and heal hurts, traumas and limiting beliefs without re traumatizing themselves.
I have tremendous compassion for my clients, and they quickly learn that I will never be hurt, disappointed or offended by anything they say, do, or don't do in any given session. That I won't be judging them, because I'm deeply aware of a fundamental reality. That they were always doing the best they knew how at any given moment, given the childhood programs, resources and perspectives they had at the time. And that's all anyone can do.
