What do you love most about your job?
I love helping emotional wounds heal! My passion is helping you! I work with different modalities including Psychoanalysis, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Applied Behavioral Analysis.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am inspired by the immense need to be more in tune with our emotional and spiritual needs in order to release and heal from anxiety and depression.

Main areas I am experienced with are:
Life-long Trauma, Narcissistic Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Childhood Sexual Abuse, Sex Therapy.
With compassion and empathy, I work to see what your mind is needing to release from the unconscious. We learn about your Love Language, about your inner voices, and your communication styles. We work together to release the unconscious into conscious awareness so that new behavioral patterns can be established and a better, happier, more functional life can be born.
Together, we work on detangling you from the past, staying together in the present, and working at visualizing a better future. My goal is to help you help yourself. I am only a part of your toolbox. Your toolbox will be filled with tools by the time we end each session.
