Chef Jon put on a stunning evening for my parent’s 40th wedding anniversary on Wolfe Island. He was so kind to travel and figure out the ferries in order to ensure he was here on time. He made up a fabulous 4 course meal, which impressed everyone in the room. The food was inventive, fresh, and perfectly prepared.
