COO cafe bread or rice offer any style of cuisine, from a Western to Asian fusion, casual/family-style to classic/formal to any occasion.
Our chef John Nagisa, Hashimoto, has 25 years of experience in restaurants and catering. After we had six years run our restaurant, we focus on personal catering to private parties, corporate events and lunch meals.

Chiaki was very responsive, easy to work with and was happy to work within my budget. All of the finger food ordered was excellent and arrived well marked. One or two items suffered from being kept in a container (the falafel veg sliders and the tofu fritters) as they would have been better if crispy rather than continuing to steam in warming oven. Although everything was delicious, The teriyaki chicken skewer's, fresh spring rolls, porcini arancini rice balls and the veg. skewers were the biggest hits. We had way too much food but enjoyed it all over the days following our party! I would definitely call again and highly recommend for quality, presentation, flavour and service! More...

We were so thankful to have such a wonderful team at our wedding celebration! They were so friendly and quick to respond to emails. They came up with the perfect menu and within our budget as well. We had a standing cocktail party with appetizers that were served throughout the party. Wow the food was incredible! Everyone was raving about the food and not a bite was leftover. We had food such as homemade chicken sausage with mustard, pork bao buns, dumplings, smoked salmon and cream cheese in a homemade bun, goat cheese salad, mushroom meatballs, mini burgers, Japanese style cheesecake, cream puffs and brownies. They even catered to our vegan family member. The service was so amazing and they were very efficient in timing as well as keeping the area clean. We are creating the perfect menu to fit the budget of clients and the preferences of their favours.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After having our restaurant for 6 years, we started this business last year. We missed so much seeing customer gatherings and smiling around the table with food of covid restrictions at the restaurant. We would like to offer our food catering and delivery to see them in their safe and comfortable place.
