They responded quickly, the food was WAY better than expected (to be fair the last caterer we tried was disappointing), they cleaned up - exceeded expectations across the board.
Definitely a cool team who've clearly been at this a long time, lots of little details were noticed.

What’s your signature dish?
Our spice cured and braised beef short rib is easily one of our most complimented - buried in a blend of anise, salts and herbs for 24 hours before we even begin the braising process our dish stands apart from the rest. Often paired with a creamy polenta, or market fresh vegetables it's a proven crowd pleaser.
What do you love most about your job?
The nexus of logistical problem solving, and artistic expression is a rare combination - add in the pressures of executing on a to-the-minute schedule and the thrill is real.

Full Service Catering
We have a wealth of different options - from canapé events to wedding catering and all points between. Most of our work is built to order - that is, you let us know what you wish for and we expedite it just for you, from ordering the ingredients all the way through to tidying up after the last guest has left. You dream it, we build it.
Drop Off Catering
For larger group of we do have a great selection of Bowls, which are a delicious meal that's individually packaged in a compostable container and served at room temperature. Please visit our website for menu items - our minimum order is 40 units.
We also have charcuterie boards - 4 feet in length that are excellent grazing for approximately 50 persons - available for pickup or delivery.
