Chef Jonathan served us the best meal of our lives! He catered a small dinner party for our 25th anniversary and was charming, informative and professional. From appetizers to dessert our taste buds went on a culinary adventure. While serving up each course, Chef Jon regaled us with food anecdotes and the history behind various courses. Taste testing various sauces during prep was a guest favorite. He was happy to show us various techniques during food prep and left the kitchen sparkling clean. Chef Jon is a distinguished and terrific 5 star Chef with great presentation skills !
He went above and beyond by respecting all 7 attendees allergies/ and/or food sensitivities and created a scrumptious meal for us to savour.
He enticed us with a diverse array of horderves, appetizers, 2 delicious beef recipes as main course accompanied by delicious side dish creations, an original celery root fresh salad with his own pomegranate salad dressing and 2 decadent desserts.
His passion of food was illustrated as he communicated throughout the evening with his add-on anecdotes that were very much appreciated by the the attendees.
His sense of humour was displayed throughout the evening.
The ultimate surprise was Chef Jon’s kindness in leaving the kitchen spotless from top to bottom.

Chef Jon put on a stunning evening for my parent’s 40th wedding anniversary on Wolfe Island. He was so kind to travel and figure out the ferries in order to ensure he was here on time. He made up a fabulous 4 course meal, which impressed everyone in the room. The food was inventive, fresh, and perfectly prepared. He walked us through each course and shared some interesting culinary education as we went. He also left the kitchen cleaner than he found it. The communication was always fast and clear. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
A tentative four course menu is sent along by email, and I love to chat on the phone about what specific treats the client would enjoy. For larger events, a site event and tasting experience is a fun way to go.

What do you love most about your job?
Having taught Culinary Experiences at the LCBO and PC Cooking schools, I love to
teach hands on interactive to those who can share a passion about cooking.
Catering is about taking care of people, and a spirit of generosity goes a long way!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in high end restaurants in Toronto for years, I was the Personal Chef for the Saleen/Ford racing team and worked in Europe for private clients.
So going back on the line is no where nears as exciting as cooking in the home and has
been very enjoyable for past 16 years.
