Always happy to impart an opinion, based on praise & a sense of trust! Very impressed thus far...... Marko of Urbanist Construction. Responded to my request (through Bark) in a very expedient time line. Thats always impressive, need I say more! My enquiry was for a possible rebuild of a new garage. Hence, my term " thus far"! My circumstances in a rebuild, is a little more complicated in nature. Again, Marko took the time to listen in order to gain a good sense of all circumstances involved. I was educated by him, as to what processes had to be met in advance of a rebuild. He seems to know his craft. I am grateful to receive his continued support & help, of which is happily forth coming! I can only add....... I appreciate his patience & method of an easy style of communication. I worked with Heidi on a remodel and modernization of my kitchen specifically, and a general overall modernization of my 30 year-old bungalow, which was (sadly) decorated in the late 80’s, with a layout common in that time.I am absolutely delighted with the results! Heidi is exceptionally good at understanding a client’s priorities and preferences, and she takes the time to get a clear sense of what the client really wants/needs to accomplish, rather than simply following a potentially unrealistic wish list. She project managed the implementation of the overall project, and was always available to address any unforeseen issues. I would certainly highly recommend her.

I wish to write to you today regarding Crafted Contracting, Vince Carducci and his team. They have just about completed the finishing of our basement in Port Stanley, Ontario. Having interviewed 3 companies for this job, there was no question that Crafted Contracting should get the job. Our decision was not solely based on price (which was very fair) but rather the expertise that Vince showed when measuring up, making suggestions and the overall professionalism that he displayed when explaining the process to my husband and I. He quickly emailed us a well laid out floor plan with a quote on all materials needed. Once the job began, we met one of Vince’s co-workers-Mo. This gentleman was not only proficient in the work he did but was also determined to show us and explain the work each step of the way. We dealt primarily with Mo and Vince during construction, but also others who worked on drywall, electrical, flooring and general labour etc. I cannot say enough about the excellence of their work. Each and everyone on Crafted Contracting’s team was reliable and detail oriented. We have been impressed with the professionalism that everyone on Crafted Contracting’s team displayed. As an added bonus, these fellows were personable and a joy to deal with. Each job that they did was followed up by the workman’s desire to know that we were satisfied daily. Then, in addition, Vince was here to follow up on their work and our satisfaction. I am not new at construction work nor dealing with a contractor. I designed my own house and employed a contractor to build it up north. He was wonderful, but Vince and his team are the BEST. It is my intention to do whatever I can to advertise his worthiness (by word of mouth and social media) to anyone I can reach in this area. There is a lot of new building here and people in need of finishing work, basement completion and additional upgrading.
