Reiki Healing is a form of hands on energy healing. We are all energy, our body is a live organism of bones, muscles, blood vessels, nervous system, endocrine system, lymphatic system and energy system, Chakras, Meridiens, Accupressure points and Aura. It all works together like a beautifully constructed machine, and perfectly functions. If one of the aspects of the body is out of balance due to stress, it affects every other aspect of the body producing "dis - ease"
Reiki, works with releasing the energy blocks in the body and creating ease and calm, and healing at a deeper level.
Hypnotherapy is a Holistic healing modality. I works with the subconscious mind of the body. From the time we are born, we are programmed by the environment around us. Our experiences as we grow up, the lessons from parents, family, school, society, culture, religion, media, friends, and everything around us, shapes us, moulds us into having certain beliefs, emotions and creates our personality.
Its not about what happens to us, its about how we perceive what happens to us.
What hypnotherapy does is helps your understand your programming, seeing it from a different perspective, and gives you understanding.
You are hypnotised on a daily basis and you are not aware of it.
Have you ever driven from home to work and remembered every traffic light you stopped at, or every person or car that went past you? You are so programmed to move from A to B based on your subconscious mind.
Have you ever watched a movie and remembered every single detail about it after the event? The details of the actors, the places or the events? your subconscious mind puts it all in the back of your mind, and when you need to recall it, like remember the actor, or the situation, you dig into your subconscious mind and pull it out.
Thats what happens with your experiences with life. You bury an event or a situation in your deep subconscious mind, and it makes you behave in a certain way. If it was a traumatic experience, you put it so far deep into your unconscious state, and you bury it. You then perform coping behaviour to keep you safe.
Addictive behaviour is coping behaviour, to numb you from feeling.
How are you numbing yourself?
All these behaviours are our natural coping mechanisms of keeping the pain away.
Through Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy we can unpack all this.
My experiences and circumstances in my own life and my studies have given me first hand knowledge and understanding about the difficulties in life, and I know I can guide my clients with compassion, and understanding and knowledge.
