We started with a custom design build and she took us from colour selection and finishes right through to furniture selection and styling. She was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and even navigated it from interstate! This was the first time we engaged an interior designer and so we weren't quite sure what to expect and did speak to quite a few initially. Tonia was really easy to deal with and quick to respond from the very beginning and also patient with us while we waited for our new place to by ready. She took her time to understand what we wanted and then put together a plan that followed the brief really well. She was also flexible in doing multiple iterations at times to make sure we ended up with something we really loved. We love the end result and she also saved us a good amount of money but getting us access to better prices on things. I would happily recommend her services to anyone.

It is almost a year later and I am still loving the space that seemed so effortlessly created once Jenny arrived. I was traumatised by the move from a huge home to a retirement village. I chose Jenny for her honest approach when my daughter became worried that I was stressed. Jenny was upfront about what she could deliver, how she could deliver, costs and time-frames. She delivered on all fronts. She demonstrated a remarkable ability to listen to my mostly disjointed thoughts, offering thoughtful guidance throughout the process. Her considerate approach to my budget meant I did not have to worry about finance. When I changed my mind about flooring that we had chosen, she didn’t miss a beat, we were off to choose tiles. She monitored every order, delivery, work done and liaised with stores and companies. I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone seeking a talented and empathetic interior designer!

They also modernised the adjacent recessed dining room wall and the kitchen pendant light. The communication was always timely and they were helpful to deal with during the building process. Their project planning was excellent and they always had the right trade on site to keep the project moving. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a home modernisation project.
