Remote Design Services: Our full design service is available remotely—including concept development, sourcing, and design documentation—perfect for interstate or international clients, or those preferring minimal in-person contact. On-Site Safety Protocols: For essential site visits or installations, we follow all recommended health guidelines, including mask-wearing, hand sanitising, social distancing, and contactless delivery where possible. Supplier & Trade Coordination: We work only with trusted suppliers and trades who adhere to strict COVID-safe practices, ensuring every stage of the project is handled with care. Flexible Scheduling: We’re happy to accommodate changes due to illness, isolation, or comfort levels. Communication and transparency remain central to our process.
