What an amazing service... From the start of our interaction when Alex first called me, to when the project was done. I had my bathroom renovated, and Alex did everything to ensure he understood exactly what I wanted and kept me well informed and updated at all times. What's even better is that the job was complete within the timeframe! Can't wait to use Micxel again!

Report by Angelo Martin - Albert Park We have just had the pleasure of Ocon Building Group remodelling our upstairs bathroom, laying European Oak flooring downstairs, and retiling and reinforcing the balcony. The completed work has satisfied us beyond any expectations we had. The director Olly is nicest guy you could possibly have business dealings with and the project manager Sam is their equal. Doing such a job requires many phone calls between LVLs staff and especially Sam. If they were not available when we rang they ALWAYS returned phone calls immediately. This sort of service cannot be underestimated. Olly started the ball rolling with a visit to our home enthusiastically given us ideas and the same day returned with a quote. He promised to start within 2 weeks (which he did) and told us the job would take 6-8 weeks. They completed the job exactly on the 7th day of the 7th week. Unheard of service. All the various tradesmen they employed to complete our job were friendly, efficient and above all always punctual. Nothing was ever too much trouble - not once did we have any disagreement with any of the 12 or more workmen. We can recommend LVL without question and wish them the greatest success. They deserve it. They have made 2 clients amazingly happy and and if you get Sam as your Project Manager you have hit the jackpot. If any prospective customers need to speak to us personally about this company we would be delighted to assist.
