We operate out of a private commercial kitchen nestled in the Smokey Mountains and serve Walland, Maryville, Alcoa, Knoxville, Gatlinburg, Townsend, Sevierville, Seymour, Lenior City, and beyond.

We are owned and operated by Blount County native Melissa L Brinley. She aspired to combine her journalism + electronic media and culinary arts degrees in a way that serves her community. Creating custom sweets that are the centerpiece of an event and brining joy to our clients is what makes our hearts skip a beat.
We believe every client should have something tasty and beautiful on their celebration, despite dietary requirements. We love creating sweets to satisfy you and your guests, and offer several gluten free and vegan items. Customization is our favorite--so be sure to tell us any event theme, colors, etc.
