How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I am very detailed. I listen to my clients. I listen to their questions, concerns the things they say and help them dial in. I'm not a drill sergeant. I like to problem solve. I love it when my clients see and feel the results to the choices they continue to make! A lifestyle change is about taking one piece at a time. Yes you workout and work hard but also the mental/emotional aspect is huge! I like to measure my clients every 2 months. That allows their bodies and minds to change!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Details! Listening to where my clients are at and where they want to be. We strategize to help them reach their goals!
What do you love most about your job?
I love to see others grow! I love to see them take their health and fitness and have control! I love to see them motivated! I love to see them make decisions and talk about how good or they felt after eating a good meal, etc! If a bad choice is made I ask them what did they learn from it! Next time when it happens a better choice can be made! I tell them forgive yourself, dust your knees off and get back up and move on!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own lifestyle change! I have lost 100lbs and have kept it off for 8 years! I was 230lbs, prerogative, high cholesterol and my doctor told me I was headed for a heart attack and stroke at 31! Im42 years old now and feel amazing! I am competing at a level I was sure I could! I love to inspire and motivate others!
